Syma S107 R/C Helicopter is one of the cheapest Toys of its kind for $20 It is, without a doubt, the coolest little gadget for this pricing, It has following qualities;

+ Very Easy To Fly
+ All metal chassis, with  very good build quality
+ Chargeable over USB
+ Its price is below $20!
+ Replacement parts are equally cheap

+/- You’ll only get about 7 minutes of flight per charge, but that’s not really a surmountable issue; current battery tech is just too heavy for anything that lasts much longer.

– Doesn’t work outside in open areas  (Too light for even the slightest of breezes, sun kills infrared signal)
– No wall charger included (Only Charged by USB)

Build Quality of S107 Helicopter:

The blades of Syma S107 R/C Helicopter and body are made of plastic, and the inner construction of the helicopter is all metal.
Charging Methods:

You’ll get around 7 minutes of fly time for every 40 minute of charging. There are two ways to charge the S107 Helicopter via the provided USB cable or, if you’re on the go, you can charge the Helicopter through a pull-out cable built into the controller. The controller itself requires 6 AA size batteries. It’s a bit annoying that the package does not include a USB wall charger.
