Energizer Solar Cell based Charger can be misleading to look. Is this a device for charging the iPod? Or Charging the AA battery ? or The panel of solar cells? Well, for that matter, the device integrates all these functions in itself. At the heart of this device – there is a usual charger for the battery type AA and AAA using an alternating current from the solar cells.

USB-port is able to charge any connected device, including the music players and the iPod. The device can operate in all weather conditions thanks to the secure shell. This solar charger can also be charged by using AC power in case sun light is not available. Estimated cost of the device is about $ 50, complete with a device and two Energizer AA size Battery cells. The formal presentation of the device has been held at CES 2009.
